Core Preparations are the aspects of the practice that enable us to receive the most benefit from our practice, while keeping injury and soreness to a minimum.
Core Breathing releases breath blockages by stretching open the respiratory system and subtle energy channels.
Core Strengthening prepares the foundation of the body by activating the pelvic, abdominal and thoracic muscles.
Core Warm ups mobilize the joints, warm up the synovial fluid and heat the core of the body to minimize injury.
