1-on-1 Stretch Therapy leaves you feeling restored, healthier, and more in tune with your body! Our team of certified massage + stretch therapists offer gentle, pain-free assisted massage and stretching that targets your fascia - the network of connective tissues which surrounds your muscles, organs, and circulatory system. This wellness modality is the perfect pairing to yoga. It will reduce pain and stress in your body, while increasing circulation and mobility, leading to faster recovery, and better sleep.
